Double R Restaurant Group, the largest franchise partner of southern-inspired restaurant Another Broken Egg Cafe, will open its first Texas location in Southlake (410 West Southlake Blvd, #160) on October 3. This award-winning daytime restaurant (open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is one of the fastest growing breakfast and brunch concepts in the nation.

Another Broken Egg Cafe features a generous selection of fresh, southern-inspired dishes as well as healthy and vegetarian items. For starters, guests can enjoy appetizers such as warm Biscuit Beignets, Baked Brie Delight, and the ever-popular City Grits with smoked Gouda cheese, fresh garnish, & bacon crumbles, along with Fried Green Tomatoes, Blackberry Grits, and a tempting Monster Cinnamon Roll. Other breakfast options are six variations of Signature Benedicts and eleven different types of Egg Straordinary Omelettes. A “Healthy Side” offers dishes such as the Simply Salmon and Simply Chicken, house-roasted Granola, Fruit & Quinoa, the ever-popular egg white Skinny Omelette and more.

Brunch & lunch entrees (specialty brunch items, salads, burgers and sandwiches) make Another Broken Egg Cafe a perfect business or pleasure lunch destination. Each dish is carefully prepared to order with the freshest & highest quality ingredients available. A full bar rounds out the experience offering mimosas, bellinis, bloody mary drinks and more.

“We are thrilled to be welcomed into the close knit community of Southlake and look forward to building lasting relationships with our guests here,” says Stuart Ottinger, president for Double R Restaurant Group. He continues, “Our attention to detail, from our warm and welcoming décor to our unique and diversified menu using only the highest-quality ingredients are just as important as our hospitable service.  It is our never-ending goal to earn guests for life following their very first visit.”

Ottinger has plans for two more Dallas-area Cafes to open early 2017.
