Chicago’s Arbella announced the next installment of the Global Guest Bartender Series on November 15 at 6 p.m. featuring Benjamin Schiller, partner and beverage director of The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, representing The Sixth, his acclaimed cocktail bar on the city’s North Side. Schiller joins Arbella’s Eric Trousdale behind the bar for one night only, as they showcase four cocktail creations.

Available from 6 to 9pm, the evening’s featured cocktails include:

Arbella

Third Time Charm

Rum, Honey, Lemon, Apricot Liqueur, Falernum

Double Cross

Scotch, Amaro, Cynar, Lemon, Egg White

Two different types of scotch paired with an Italian Amaro and Cynar give this cocktail just enough bite, while a single egg white that eases the delivery

The Sixth

Gardener's Gift

Mezcal, Aperol, Pineapple, Mint

This is a smoky, yet refreshing, cocktail with notes of citrus and mint for balance.

Weston

Wheated Bourbon, Dark Matter Coffee Essence, Pipe Tobacco

One of Schiller’s signatures, this is a simple cocktail with flavors of bourbon, cinnamon, espresso, and a wonderful aroma of fresh pipe tobacco.

All cocktails are priced at $12. There is no cover to attend the quarterly guest bartending series at Arbella.
