In celebration of World Pasta Month, Buca di Beppo, the family-style Italian restaurant serving Italian cuisine to more than 97 U.S. locations, will be offering diners the ability to customize their pasta dish with over 150,000 “pastable” combinations. Starting in October, Buca di Beppo will be presenting guests with a “create our own pasta” menu giving them the “pastability” to construct the perfect dish. Available at lunch and dinner in small ($19.99) or large ($29.99) portions; diners will have five types of pastas to choose from, six sauces including Buca's world famous marinara, alfredo, and pesto, a selection of vegetables such as diced Roma tomatoes, artichokes, and broccoli and a choice of chicken, prosciutto, meatballs, and spicy or mild sausage

"For the first time, Buca di Beppo is giving diners, nationwide, a completely customizable menu option," says Robert Earl, chairman and founder of Planet Hollywood International and owner of Buca di Beppo. "Consumers preferences are changing, our response to this is giving them the options to come back to Buca and have a new dining experience each time."

Guests that post a #PastaSelfie of their creation on Instagram will be automatically enrolled into a sweepstakes for a daily chance to win a $100 Buca di Beppo gift card. One winner will be chosen at random daily throughout the month. Additionally, Buca will be celebrating World Pasta Day on October 24 by giving out 1-pound bags of spaghetti to customers across the U.S. Each bag will come with a $10 coupon, valid for the month of November, for any combination of two pastas or entree in small or large.
