CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. announced The Cheesecake Factory is joining the extensive list of dining options available at Friendly Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The addition of The Cheesecake Factory coupled with the recent announcement of West Elm and Pieology further solidifies Friendly Center’s status as the premier shopping destination in Greensboro and the region,” says Stephen Lebovitz, president and CEO, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. “Redeveloping the former Carolina Bank location presented us with a tremendous opportunity to add an exciting new restaurant, in a prime location, at the entrance of the Friendly Center campus.”

The Cheesecake Factory at Friendly Center will be the restaurant’s first location in the Greensboro market. Construction on the location is currently underway at the corner of Pembroke Road and West Friendly Avenue.
