Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. is announced the opening of a new Del Frisco's Grille in Denver, Colorado, located at 100 St. Paul Street. The new “anytime eats” restaurant in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center opened on November 11. The Cherry Creek Del Frisco's Grille marks the 22nd Grille location across the country, and the 52nd restaurant overall for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates 12 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House locations and 18 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.

The vibrant upscale-casual eatery features creative twists on classic American comfort foods. The Cherry Creek Del Frisco's Grille serves brunch, lunch, and dinner with an array of fun and approachable menu items, featuring the freshest ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Del Frisco's Grille is known for its signature shareable appetizers including Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Ahi Tuna Tacos, and Lollipop Chicken Wings. Daily chef-inspired features as well as fresh seafood and prime, wet-aged steaks round out the menu, proving every Grille experience will be an exciting one.

Offering the chance to do lunchtime in no time, the Grille is ideal for business and casual lunches. The wallet-friendly “Grab a Pair” lunch features a soup or salad paired with the choice of a personal sized flatbread, half of a BBQ Pork Bahn Mi, half of a Chicken Avocado Wrap or two Fish Tacos. Guests will also enjoy brunch favorites including the Red Velvet Belgian Waffle, Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs with chorizo gravy, and a Build Your Own Bloody Mary.

The Grille's creative cocktails such as the signature VIP, made with Clementine Vodka infused with fresh Hawaiian pineapple, are all handcrafted. The restaurant's well-rounded wine list includes 300 approachable wines, all of which pair well with the Grille's diverse menu. Beer fans will enjoy a selection of popular craft beers.

The 8,500-square-foot restaurant, designed to reflect the landscape of Colorado, combines modern hand-selected art with tones of wood, Colorado stone and angular patterns. The Cherry Creek Del Frisco's Grille has a guest capacity of 240 inside and outdoor seating for 50 on the expansive third-story rooftop patio. The rooftop patio has its own bar in addition to community tables, lounge-like seating, and high top tables. A "living wall" covered in live greenery and fire-features centering the tables complete the inviting and comfortable space. The beautiful deck is the only rooftop patio in the area and provides stunning, sweeping views of the Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
