Hurricane Grill & Wings, an island-inspired, full-service restaurant, continues its expansion in its home state of Florida with a new restaurant opening in Jupiter. The restaurant will also open its first Tennessee location in Knoxville, at the gateway to Turkey Creek.
Hurricane Grill & Wings’ new Florida location features an indoor dining room that seats up to 150 people and an outdoor patio that seats up to 30 people.
“We are thrilled to expand our presence in Florida with our Hurricane Grill & Wings restaurant in Jupiter,” says Martin O’Dowd, president of Hurricane Grill & Wings. “The Jupiter restaurant will give us the opportunity to test new menu items before releasing them system-wide as well as provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meal.”
Hurricane Grill & Wings is located in Chasewood Plaza at 6230 W. Indiantown Rd. in Jupiter.
In Tennessee, this will be the first location for franchisee Henry Sadiq of Ampa Restaurants, which owns multi-unit retail and foodservice businesses.
This will be their first Hurricane Grill & Wings location with plans to open four additional units over the next three years. The brand has brought 130 new jobs to the area with the restaurant’s opening.
“In the process of seeking a new restaurant to add to our business, we looked at a number of concepts but ultimately chose Hurricane Grill & Wings for the delicious product, corporate leadership, and their strategy to achieve the brand vision,” Sadiq says.
The dining area seats up to 270 people including, a first-ever for Knoxville, an indoor-outdoor bar, and a patio area with a fire pit. The location will also offer locally crafted beers from Saw Works Brewery and Blackhorse Brewery, among others, as well as late night dining specials after 10 p.m. and drink specials daily.
