It’s a free treat on Halloween weekend for kids at Mimi’s, the popular neighborhood cafe offering French-inspired American comfort food, where its younger guests will receive complimentary ice cream with the purchase of a Kid’s Meal beginning October 28 through October 31.

Mimi’s Kids dessert is a scoop of ice cream, normally priced at 99 cents, is served at no charge on the aforementioned dates.
