On Tuesday, Paradigm Restaurants announced the acquisition of all Chili's Grill & Bar franchise restaurants in Montana, Idaho, and Washington. The new management plans to make substantial investments to upgrade the restaurants' décor and equipment.

Paradigm Restaurants acquired a total of 11 Chili's franchises across Idaho, Montana, and Washington.
Chili's Grill & Bar is the flagship brand of Dallas-based Brinker International, Inc. Chili's offers a variety of Fresh Tex and Fresh Mex favorites at more than 1,600 locations in 32 countries and two territories. In addition to Chili's, Brinker owns and operates Maggiano's Little Italy.
