Twin Peaks Restaurants has signed a multi-unit development agreement to open four locations along the Southwest coast of Florida.

WARM Restaurants will open all four restaurants throughout the Fort Meyers, Sarasota, Naples, and Bradenton areas over the next several years, beginning with the first location in Naples as early as next summer.

The WARM group is led by Mexico City native and longtime Miami resident and restaurateur, Ricky Warman, who currently owns and operates 31 Papa John’s pizza restaurants in the Miami area. Warman also owns two Genghis Grill locations in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and has now set his sights on expanding into the casual dining segment with Twin Peaks.

“We first learned about Twin Peaks at the Multi-Unit Franchising conference in Las Vegas a while back,” says Warman. “I was very intrigued and after talking to the franchise team and hearing about all of the amazing growth opportunities, I was hooked. Twin Peaks is the best concept in its segment of the industry and I only partner with top-of-the-line brands, so it’s very much a win-win from an investment standpoint.”

With 38 locations in 17 states, Twin Peaks opened its first Florida restaurant earlier this summer on I-Drive in Orlando, across from the development site of a mega-theme park. Various development agreements include a total of 25+ Twin Peaks restaurants to be opened across the state over the next 10 years.

“Twin Peaks is new to Florida and there’s a huge demand for this type of concept in the area,” Warman says. “As a brand, Twin Peaks is worlds ahead of its competitors and there’s no other restaurant that can compare to it anywhere in Southwestern Florida. The potential for success is endless and I really can’t wait to get started.”

The WARM group is currently scouting locations in Naples and Ft. Meyers for its first restaurant and will be open for business in the next year, along with plans to open its second location within the next 18 months.

“We are very excited to have WARM Restaurants on board with Twin Peaks,” says Shannon Glaser, senior director of Franchising at Twin Peaks. “Ricky’s extensive experience in the Florida restaurant scene will be invaluable to our brand as we expand in the market.”
