Noble House Hotels & Resorts proudly announces the appointment of Michael Bloise as Executive Chef to Pelican Grand Beach Resort, located just steps from the Atlantic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

In this role, Chef Bloise will oversee all culinary operations for Pelican Grand and its signature waterfront restaurant, OCEAN2000 Restaurant & Lounge, which pays homage to local foodways, devoting itself to the fine combination of great mixology, good times, and fresh American fusion cuisine.

Chef Bloise carries more than 17 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to Pelican Grand Beach Resort, having established a history of success whether working as a private chef or in some of South Florida's top kitchens, such as Area 31,Tantra, WISH Restaurant and 1220 at The Tides Hotel, as well as The Goucho Room at the Loews Hotel and Sushi Samba Dromo. 

Receiving an early education in food from his Italian father and Vietnamese mother, he learned to refine his flavor combinations, letting each ingredient on the plate stand out, and today Chef Bloise serves playful and sophisticated dishes that draw from a wide breadth of taste tempting cuisines.
