110 Grill, one of New England’s fastest growing restaurant group, announced its latest expansion, debuting its 23rd location in Middletown, New York, on June 27, 2019. Located in the Galleria at Crystal Run at 1 Galleria Drive, the 6,000 square-foot, 180-seat restaurant marks 110 Grill’s third venture in New York State, bringing its signature modern-American fare to the Hudson Valley region with unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

“Close at hand to both the Wallkill River and the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains in the heart of picturesque Hudson Valley, we see Middletown as the perfect location to lay down roots as our next expansion within New York State,” says Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are thrilled to partner once again with Pyramid Management to open our third NY location at the Galleria at Crystal Run, and look forward to introducing our modern-American as the newest addition to the region’s vibrant culinary scene.”

The menu, developed by 110 Grill’s Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, combines his global culinary influence with the bold flavors of the region to deliver seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can unwind and enjoy starters such as Bistro Wings, chicken wings golden fried and tossed with a choice of housemade maple bbq, classic buffalo or garlic parmesan sauce; Crispy Fried Pickle Chips, crispy dill pickle chips, served with honey mustard and sriracha aioli dipping sauces as well as the Chef’s Plate featuring a medley of red pepper hummus, walnut encrusted goat cheese, blue cheese, grapes, fig jam, pepperoni, pickles and cucumbers, with an artichoke, tomato and feta salad, accompanied by ciabatta and naan.

Entrees and larger sharable dishes include Margherita Flatbread prepared with pesto, sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, finished with a balsamic reduction and basil; the signature Roasted Beet Salad with marinated and roasted purple and golden beets tossed with arugula, pickled onions, candied walnuts and a red wine vinaigrette, finished with crumbled goat cheese; 110’s Pulled Pork Sandwich slow cooked pulled pork, tossed in bbq, served on a pretzel bun with coleslaw, pickles, cheddar, and crispy onion strings; and the 110 Sesame Ginger Salmon, pan -seared salmon over chilled soba noodles, tossed with Asian slaw and sesame ginger dressing topped with sesame seeds and sriracha aioli. 110 Grill Middletown will also offer a selection of impressive steak cuts including the NY Strip, 12 oz., 28 day aged, brushed with a steakhouse butter; and the classic Ribeye, 14 oz., 28 day aged, brushed with a balsamic BBQ compound butter.

From behind the restaurant’s signature horseshoe bar, guests can imbibe with a variety of handcrafted cocktails, a diverse wine list and beer from both local and national brands. This season, 110 Grill Middletown will be serving up the Banana Nut-Tini comprised of Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico, Godiva White Chocolate and Banana Liqueur; 110 Margarita Tres Agave Reposado Tequila, agave and triple sec with fresh lime and orange; along with the Rosemary Gin Fizz with Empress Gin shaken with rosemary syrup and fresh lemons, topped with tonic. Guests will also have the refreshing option of Pomegranate Basil Smash with Bacardi Superior Rum, pomegranate liqueur and juice, fresh muddled basil, lemon and lime; and the Pom-Berry Sangria with merlot, red berry vodka, housemade pomegranate shrub with berry puree and citrus juices.

110 Grill Middletown marks the 23rd location for the four-year-old restaurant group, with other recent openings in West Lebanon, NH and Plymouth, MA as well as Syracuse, NY, its second expansion beyond New England, which debuted in February 2019. The team is projected to open additional locations at the South Bay Center in South Boston, MA as well as Henrietta, NY and Latham, NY, this summer 2019.
