Alto-Shaam hired Isaac Wilde as a Sous Chef at its corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Wilde first joined Alto-Shaam in May 2018 when he served as a culinary intern for the summer. Prior to his internship, he spent several years working in Milwaukee restaurants. He then received his culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Wilde completed a culinary externship at Stein Eriksen Lodge at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. He returned to the Culinary Institute of America to complete a BBA in Food Business Management and graduated in April of this year.

In his new role, he will assist corporate chefs with seminars, trade shows, and other events.
