Earth Day is celebrating its 44th birthday this year. Since Alvita Tea's inception in 1922, Alvita has been closely tied with the Earth.

This year, Alvita relaunched 13 teas that have been newly transitioned to organic, including its namesake alfalfa. Like the rest of Alvita’s extensive line, each tea is certified organic, kosher, and gluten-free. Most importantly, Alvita teas are carefully selected to ensure that every bag contains the correct traditional plant and most appropriate servings, delivering premium flavor and quality.

From the quality of the tea to the packaging itself, Alvita is committed to bringing Earth Day ideals into everyday use. Each package features:

  • Hand illustrations adorning every new box of tea.
  • Packaging made from 100-percent recycled paperboard that is itself recyclable.
  • A re-sealable inner pouch for continued freshness.
  • English-style tea bags, with no staples or strings, that are oxygen bleached and not chlorine treated.

Alvita, manufactured by Twinlab Corporation, chooses the highest-quality organic, wild-crafted, or cultivated botanicals, perfectly prepared to provide the best Mother Nature has to offer. Each tea is labeled with individualized preparation instructions to ensure that the most appropriate servings are used, delivering premium flavor and effective results. Alvita understands that herbs are gifts from the earth and takes this stewardship seriously by offering carefully harvested teas in earth-friendly packaging.
