Bistronomic, a contemporary bistro rooted in French culture in Chicago’s Gold Coast, will offer a special menu for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23. The three-course, prix fixe menu will be offered from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $65 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and may be made via OpenTable on the website.

For the first course, guests may select from options including the Artisanal Smoked Salmon Salad with celery root remoulade, Dijon mustard, chive oil and citrus caviar; Hand Cut Yukon Potato Gnocchi with cranberries, sweet potato, house-cured duck confit and aged red wine vinegar sauce; and Belgium Endive Salad with Maytag blue cheese, black mission, caramelized walnut and mixed green salad.

Second course options include Roasted Farm Turkey Breast and Stuffed Leg with Hillside Orchards chestnut stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, glazed quince and haricot vert; Nichols Farm Pumpkin Ravioli with broccoli, parmesan shaving, butter squash puree and mostarda fruits; and the Fall Vegetable Medley with Brussels sprouts, fall mushrooms, broccoli, garlic pomme puree and red cabbage confit.

For the third course, guests may indulge in desserts including a Lemon Tart with Linzer dough, meringue and brioche and Chocolate Hazelnut Bars with orange supreme and Grand Marnier sauce.

A Bistronomic Cheese Selection may be added for $15. A variety of wine, specialty cocktails and bottled beers will also be available.
