February can be a chilly month, which makes it the perfect time to warm up with one of Bob Evans Restaurants’ new seasonal menu items during National Hot Breakfast Month. Named America’s favorite breakfast chain, according to a national survey conducted by Market Force, Bob Evans Restaurants will offer the new items at all locations across the country for a limited time.

“Bob Evans is always looking for innovative ways to provide our loyal customers with delicious farm-fresh menu items that are flavorful while also providing a great value,” says John Fisher, president of Bob Evans Restaurants. “With our robust farm heritage, nobody knows breakfast better than we do, which is why we’re excited to launch new comfort dishes, in addition to our signature classics.”

Bob Evans recently introduced three new homestyle hashes, which are perfect for beating the winter blues:

Veggie Hash—Golden brown home fries mixed with grilled mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions, topped with eggs cooked to order. Garnished with fresh diced tomatoes and scallions.

Pot Roast Hash—Golden-brown home fries topped with slow-roasted pot roast, two eggs cooked-to-order, shredded cheddar cheese and garnished with scallions.

Spicy Bacon Hash—Golden brown home fries mixed with grilled onions hardwood smoked crumble bacon, topped with eggs cooked to order. Garnished with fresh diced tomatoes and scallions and our spicy Sriracha sauce.

The hashes pair well with Bob Evans recently introduced new warm beverages and delicious bakery items, including:

Triple Hot Chocolate—Signature Hot Chocolate topped with chocolate whipped topping, chocolate sauce and mini chocolate chips.

Hot Chocolate Bread—Rich chocolate bread baked with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Topped with Reese’s—Chocolate graham cracker crust with creamy peanut butter filling and topped with chocolate whipped topping and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Giant Peanut Butter Cookies—Classic peanut butter cookie.
