Brinker International announced the resignations of Valerie Davisson, executive VP and Chief People Officer, and Ian Baines, senior VP of Strategic Innovation. Both resignations are effective immediately.
In the company’s statement, Doug Brooks, chairman of the Board of Directors for Brinker International, compliments Davisson on her ability to recruit talented people into the organization and praises Baines for his contributions to bring “culinary innovation” to the restaurants’ guests.
