BRIO Tuscan Grille’s Bar Bites menu will now feature four additional Bar Bites perfect for sharing with friends, family or coworkers. Guests can relax in BRIO’s welcoming bar area and indulge in refreshing cocktails, beer or wine, while sampling these new offerings. Available Monday–Friday during select hours, guests can make themselves at home for a quick bite or an extended evening out.

New Bar Bite menu items include:

  • Bruschetta Trio: Roasted red pepper, sliced steak and seasonal bruschetta ($4)
  • Warm Margherita Dip: Four cheese blend, tomato compote, Reggiano, basil and grilled ciabatta ($5)
  • Buffalo Chicken Nachos: Cheddar cheese sauce, creamy horseradish, Gorgonzola, green onions, celery and house-made potato chips ($5)
  • Crispy Shrimp BRIO: Spicy remoulade, green onions ($6)

Additional “must-taste” Bar Bites are the Black Pepper Shrimp ($6), Margherita Flatbread ($4), Beef Carpaccio ($5), Tomato Mozzarella Salad ($5), Potato Skins ($5), and the BRIO Burger ($6). All Bar Bites are priced at $4, $5 or $6. 

BRIO’s cocktail and wine specials include $5 Martini Wednesdays, when guests can enjoy a number of selections including the Flirtini, Razzbertini, and Lemon Basil Crush; and $5 Wine Thursdays, which feature whites including Porta Palo Sauvignon Blanc and reds such as Sartori Pinot Noir.

Other BRIO cocktails, priced at $5 or $6, include favorites such as the White Peach Sangria ($5), Tropical Cosmo ($5) and a Seasonal Margarita ($6). Guests can also enjoy BRIO’s craft beer selections ($5), and Tavolo Matto Wines (Rosso, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay) ($5).

Cocktails, beer, wines and martinis are sold where legally available.
