Miso Ko, a sushi kiosk from local restaurateur and chef Guy Wong, will open inside Atlanta’s Ponce City Market this summer. Featuring grab-and-go offerings and seated dining, Miso Ko will serve made-to-order sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls, makimono, specialty rolls, and more. Guy Wong also owns Ton Ton at Ponce City Market, as well as beloved restaurants Le Fat on Atlanta’s Westside and Miso Izakaya on Edgewood Avenue.

The sushi kiosk will adjoin Ton Ton on the first floor of the vibrant Central Food Hall, across from Biltong Bar on the northern, Ponce de Leon Ave entrance. There will be specials in addition to menu staples, and offerings will showcase fresh ingredients including fresh-water eel, octopus, squid, spicy tuna, salmon, shrimp, sweet tofu, soft-shell crab, and more. Miso Ko will serve specialty rolls, salads, large and small sushi combos, and add-ons like masago and quail egg.

The sushi spot will offer high-back barstool seating for a dozen guests. Designed with rich, red accents, Miso Ko will feature a tiled counter, wood paneling, and suspended drapes. Guests seated at the bar will be able to watch sushi as it’s made to order, or they can pick up sushi to-go from the counter.
