Cheetos Teaming with Famed Chef Roy Choi to Bring Signature LA Style to the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos-Inspired Menu

The love affair with Cheetos and Cheetos-infused food is hotter than ever with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos fandom at an all-time high. Reservations for last year’s first-ever Cheetos Restaurant sold out in minutes, and thousands added their names to the wait list. Since then, fans have clamored for another taste and continued to share their passion for unconventional Cheetos recipe—including everything from cupcakes to ramen and gelato.

Inspired by fans’ overwhelming desire for more Cheetos-filled culinary delicacies, Cheetos, one of the flagship brands from PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division, is turning up the heat and opening The Flamin’ Hot Spot, a new, limited-time restaurant in Los Angeles dedicated to the beloved flavor of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

The Flamin’ Hot Spot will open in the heart of Hollywood Hills, Calif., from September 18 through September 20. Fans will be able to see and be seen at the newest Hollywood hot spot by reserving a table on CheetosFlaminHotSpot.com and using the OpenTable plug-in starting September 13 at 10 a.m. PST/1 p.m. EST.

Cheetos and renowned Los Angeles chef Roy Choi have curated a Flamin’ Hot menu inspired by his signature taste and some of his most notable dishes – Hot Cheetos Burrito, Five-Alarm Cheetos Steak, XXTRA Flamin’ Hot Rice Bowl just to name a few! Each dish delivers the one-of-a-kind Cheetos flavor married with chef Roy Choi’s mastery of making spicy approachable and delicious.

“I have a fun side and a serious side. This is the fun me,” said chef Roy Choi. “I’ve wanted to pair Kogi and Chego items with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos for as long as I can remember, and now all of those late nights, road trips and the Cheetos dishes I have imagined can come true. I know the fans have thought about putting Hot Cheetos in a Kogi burrito—well, so have I and here it is and more!”

The three-course menu will offer a variance of spice and is rounded out with a few sweet treats. Priced from $1—$32, the delicious menu is a Cheetos feast of which dreams are made:

Flamin’ Hot fans who aren’t able to attend the restaurant can get a taste of some of these recipes through participating partners. Select Walmart Online Grocery shoppers in the LA area will be surprised with a Flamin’ Hot Cheetos gift box that includes Cheetos product & ingredients for selected recipes, while supplies last. Cheetos lovers can also order fresh ingredients for select Flamin’ Hot Spot dishes to be delivered direct to their door through AmazonFresh. All of the recipes will be available to download at CheetosFlaminHotSpot.com for fans to create and enjoy with family and friends at home.

The Flamin’ Hot Spot will be located at 1835 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Los Angeles from September 18 through September 20.
