Chefs Can Now Connect Over Cheese

Each issue of Chef Connect features a cheese-centered theme, such as Cheese and Beer Pairings, Cheese Education, Domestic vs. Imported Cheese, and Eco-Friendly Cheese and Cheesemakers. Within Chef Connect, chefs will find recipe applications from top restaurants using Wisconsin Cheese, information about specific Wisconsin cheesemakers or cheese companies, and a listing of educational information or collateral available to chefs.
“Chef education is an important component of WMMB’s foodservice program,” says Sara Hill, culinary manager of Cheese Education for WMMB. “Chef Connect keeps readers up to date on trends and innovative uses for Wisconsin Cheese, as well as provides real-world examples and access to educational resources.”
