Chicago’s premier cucina, The Florentine, officially launched a newly elevated breakfast menu with a focus on traditional Italian dishes. Whether a morning business meeting or weekend brunch with friends, the offerings give guests an energizing and lively start to the morning. Located inside the J.W. Marriott, the dining destination take the most important meal of the day to a new level and will leave diners ready to take on the day ahead.

At The Florentine, the extensive breakfast offerings are made even more authentic with Executive Chef Zachary Walrath’s expertise. Highlights from the classically-infused menu include:  

Amatriciana

Sunnyside eggs, caramelized onions, pancetta, spicy tomato sauce, grilled sourdough

Egg White Fritatta

Butternut squash, rapini, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella

Burrata

Toasted ciabatta, lemon curd, blueberry compote

Bomboloni

Warm ricotta doughnuts, espresso caramel

Pecorino Scramble

Pecorino, mascarpone, black pepper, choice of bacon or sausage

(Served with field greens, roasted potatoes, and choice of toast)

Arriving just in time to warm diners up during the heart of winter, The Florentine’s new “prima colazione” is a must-try for those breakfast bucket lists! Breakfast service is every Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
