Ctuit Software, the leader in business intelligence software for restaurants, announced that Craftworks Restaurants & Breweries (Craftworks), owners of restaurants that range from traditional, casual-dining concepts to fine-dining, white tablecloth establishments, deployed Ctuit RADAR in all of its 137 locations. These locations include Old Chicago, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants, and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. From entry-level management to the executive staff, everyone at Craftworks uses RADAR to gain additional insight to the internal operations of the business.

As Craftworks continues to grow and expand, the implementation of RADAR provides an easy, accessible method for visibility into the entire organization. Being POS agnostic, RADAR integrates with the variety of systems installed at Craftworks, such as Micros, Aloha, and Positouch. Ctuit’s web-based solution provides standards for the business data that each location generates and enables management to achieve efficiencies through inventory control and consolidation of sales and trends reports.

RADAR automates the accounts payable and inventory processes. Also, the solution is used with the iPhone and other smart phone devices for high-level metrics reporting to management. For the future, inventory control will be directly entered into the Ctuit Inventory module on the iPad.

“Craftworks needed one solution for payroll, inventory, and accounts payable – that solution was Ctuit RADAR,” says Alex Birnbaum, vice president, information technology, Craftworks Restaurants & Breweries. “From prior experience, I knew the solution would be easy to get up-and-running to achieve our project goals. Anytime you focus on numbers, you can improve your cost basis. RADAR allows us to use our data to make improvements to the bottom-line.”

“We look forward to continuing our long-running relationship with Craftworks,” says Rob D’Ambrosia, president and CEO, Ctuit Software. “RADAR allows companies like Craftworks accessibility and visibility into each location’s data to successfully run their business. We’re confident our portfolio of actionable tools will enhance positive change throughout their organization.”
