Dream Dinners, originator of the meal assembly industry, announced that it has signed a franchise deal with Ken Kleban to expand its presence in Alabama. Kleban and his partners have signed an agreement to open a store in Daphne, Alabama this summer with a long-term goal of continued development throughout the Gulf Coast.

This year Dream Dinners is celebrating 15 years of helping busy families get wholesome home-cooked meals on the dinner table without the hassle of planning, shopping, and chopping. This deal represents the first Dream Dinners store opening of 2017, and the first new Dream Dinners franchise since 2008. This will be Dream Dinners’ second location in Alabama, as there is also a Mobile store located at 283 McGregor Avenue. Dream Dinners currently has 85 retail locations in 24 states.

“This is the prime time to strategically expand this concept,” says Ashley Sawyer, Dream Dinners director of franchise development. “Our lives are busier than ever, but families are recognizing the importance of quality time together around the dinner table and the great effect it has on their children. We’ve seen a growing demand in this area, so we are excited to see the positive impact on lives in Daphne and the surrounding communities. We’re thrilled to welcome Ken Kleban and his partners to the Dream Dinners franchise community.”

Ken Kleban, owner of Kleban Properties, a real estate developer that owns and operates office, retail, and mixed-use properties in town centers across the East Coast and Alabama, plans to open the new Dream Dinners location at 1539 US Highway 98, Suite 202, Daphne, Alabama this summer.

“Dream Dinners was a natural fit for us. As a family business, we value Dream Dinners’ mission of growing great kids by helping families spend more time together around the dinner table,” says Ken Kleban, Daphne Dream Dinners franchise owner. “We’re excited to partner with the Dream Dinners Mobile owner, Stacey Mobley, to expand Dream Dinners in Alabama and make a difference in the Daphne community.”

Additional details will be announced closer to the location’s opening. Until then, you can join the Daphne store’s mailing list to receive email updates as the grand opening approaches. You can sign up here – Daphne Dream Dinners.
