El Chico Offering Free Meals to Kids in Costume on Halloween

Halloween is Tuesday, October 31, and El Chico is celebrating with families across the nation! The historic Mexican outpost will offer free meals to children 12 and under all day long if they wear their Halloween costume to the restaurant. (Limit $4.69 value with a purchase of an adult entrée)
