The chic wine lounge Eno, located at Fairmont Chicago, has launched a series of “enoversity” education classes. Perfect for wine novices and aficionados, enoversity offers a casual, educational, and fun tasting experience for all.

Each enoversity class features fun, interactive, and unpretentious instruction on the dynamics of wine, cheese, and chocolate by some of Chicago’s skilled winemakers, sommeliers, cheese makers, and chocolatiers. Classes will explore the histories, types, and flavors of exquisite wines by suggesting cheese and chocolate pairings, each individually chosen to complement the night’s unique wine selections.
