Frontline International Named Finalist for Restaurant & Takeaway Kitchen Innovation Award

Frontline International, a leading provider of cooking oil management equipment, was named a finalist for the prestigious Kitchen Innovation Award at the Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo 2018 in London. The award presentation was held on Tuesday.

Frontline was nominated for its full complement of Smart Oil Management systems, including its signature EZ Oil system for dispensing packaged oil, completely automated Direct-Plumbed waste oil system, and web-based M3 data management software.

“This is the largest restaurant innovation show in Europe, so making it to the finals is truly an honor,” says Giovanni Brienza, vice president of Frontline. “We won in 2015 and appreciate being recognized again on such a prestigious international stage.”

At the Expo, held in London September 25 and 26, Innovation Awards were presented in six categories: Business Innovation, Kitchen Innovation, Food & Drink Innovation, Product Innovation, Coffee Excellence, and Tech Product of the Year. One winner was named in each of the six categories to “recognize the innovators who are paving the way toward the world of tomorrow.

The Kitchen Innovation category considered products “that will serve kitchens for years to come, outstanding for its quality, functionality, and innovation in facilitating back-of-the-house operations."
