Fushimi is at it again, opening its third New York City location in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The Asian fusion restaurant, which has been around for eight years, leased 7,200 square-feet at 475 Driggs Avenue, on the corner of N. 10th Street, where it is set to open in the next few months.

Fushimi will serve its famous selection of sushi and Japanese specialties and feature an open bar situated under a 30-foot glass enclosed ceiling. Fushimi offers a family-friendly, yet stylish setting that will appeal to upscale, late-night crowds, as well as families and hipsters alike.

The restaurant is set to be as exciting a neighborhood fixture in Williamsburg  as it has been in Staten Island for the past eight years, and Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, for four.

Winick Realty Group LLC’s Diana D. Boutross represented both the restaurant and ownership, Driggs Development, in this long-term lease transaction.
