Viewing booking information, contact details, financial breakdowns and more—including downloading copies of automatic documents like BEOs and invoices—are the backbone of the app. Additional benefits include the ability to drill down into individual events to see details like date, time, guest count and contact information.

Communicating with customers, leads and team members is another main benefit of the new mobile platform—users can respond directly to customer questions or start new conversations with leads, which includes being able to send custom message templates or attachments.
