In 2017, HotSchedules’ 33,000 customers managed a record number of labor hours, training courses and certifications while generating billions of dollars in sales that were supported through HotSchedules’ back office solutions and partner integrations. Unique access to a broad range of data allowed the company to deliver actionable insights that helped managers optimize labor, develop their staff, maintain compliance, control food costs and grow their stores’ revenue.
