Lola Diner, a contemporary diner located in the heart of great neighborhoods that brings family and community together, opened its second U.S. location in Loveland, Colorado at 6020 Stallion Drive. The Loveland location follows the popularity of Lola Diner’s Houston, Texas restaurant. Both are operated by Dallas, Texas-based parent company Rock N Concepts, LLC.

Within a counter service atmosphere, Lola Diner features a wide variety of high-quality unique dishes, as well as delicious comfort food. The restaurant serves breakfast all day, lunch, dinner and coffee. Many gluten-free and vegan options are available on Lola Diner’s menu. Now through Sept. 13, Lola Diner will be operating under limited hours seven days a week from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Beginning Sept. 14, the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 6 a.m.–9 p.m. The 5,641-square-foot restaurant seats 194 guests inside, and 60 guests on the outside patio.

“With its recent rapid growth and friendly communities, Loveland was the perfect area to open the second LolaDiner location,” says Michael Santos, COO of Rock N Concepts, LLC. “We hope that this is the first of many LolaDiner locations to open in Colorado.”

A few of the highlights on Lola Diner’s menu include:
