Nick’s Pizza & Pub is now open in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood, welcoming guests to the newest restaurant location from the suburban pizza institution serving award-winning pizzas with a “bit in every bite” since 1995. Today marks the official arrival of Nick’s Pizza & Pub’s signature Pizza on Purpose to Chicago, supplying unparalleled personalized service to the community as well as a place to connect with friends and family, have fun and feel at home!
Nick’s Pizza & Pub brings its purpose and value based business model to the family friendly Lincoln Square community after having already established the Nick’s experience of honoring both employees and guests through suburb, careful and attentive service and award-winning training programs in the suburbs of Crystal Lake and Elgin. To support each community the restaurant serves, CEO and Founder Nick Sarillo donates 5% of annual net proceeds to give back to the community through school PTAs, churches, and various community organizations.
Using only fresh ingredients and featuring sacred family recipes, the menu includes both curated and build-your-own pizza options, with generous toppings to ensure a “bit in every bite.” Top selling specialty pizzas include the Nick’s Special with cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onion and green pepper, The MEAT’ZA with American bacon, pepperoni, sausage, garlic and mozzarella cheese and Mexican Pizza with taco sauce, seasoned ground beef, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, green onion, tomatoes, black olives and jalapeno peppers. Accompanying the specialty pies are an array of delicious specialties including soups, salads, and sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and desserts. In addition, Nick’s Pizza & Pub’s bar program features signature cocktails, unique wines, and a beer program highlighting 100% Midwestern craft brews including partnerships with Haymarket Brewery, Revolution Brewery, Greenbush Brewery and more.
After searching for nearly a decade for the right location in Chicago, Nick’s Pizza & Pub has found a perfect fit in the bustling and family oriented Lincoln Square neighborhood. With the goal of paying homage to the community the restaurant serves, Nick’s Pizza & Pub Chicago features repurposed wood and materials popular at the time of the original building’s construction for the restaurant’s interiors. Signature design characteristics guests of Nick’s Pizza & Pub have grown to know and love featured at the new location include unlimited complimentary peanuts (with shells meant to be thrown on the ground), peanut tables, heavy doors, a spacious fireplace, fish tanks and vintage phone booths, all adding to the experience.
