Pacific Foods announced the addition of Coconut to its existing Pacific Barista Series line of non-dairy beverages.

Providing a subtle flavor that keeps the focus on the coffee, the new Pacific Barista Series Coconut provides baristas with the same consistently smooth, glossy micro-foam as dairy. Like the line’s other varieties, the new coconut flavor withstands the high heat of steaming without separating in hot coffee or espresso applications.

These attributes are perfect for creating decorative and appealing latte art. It is great in cold beverages too.

The Pacific Barista Series line of non-dairy beverages are designed for professional baristas to help them serve beverages that demonstrate craftsmanship and quality to customers who order non-dairy. In addition to the new Pacific Barista Series Coconut non-dairy beverage, other delicious varieties include Soy and Almond. Also part of the esteemed line is the Barista Series Chai.

“We have been working to expand the Barista Series line for quite some time, and coconut was the next logical non-dairy beverage for us to pursue,” says Debra Kaminski, director of foodservice marketing. “We have worked to develop a strong understanding of the coffee industry by working closely with baristas to develop non-dairy beverage offerings that keep the focus on the coffee. Our goal is to be the go-to source for all non-dairy beverages as it relates to the coffee industry.”

Pacific Barista Series non-dairy beverages are available exclusively through Specialty Coffee and Foodservice distributors in 32-ounce cartons that require no refrigeration until open.
