Paul Martin’s American Grill Names Russell Skall Director of Culinary
Paul Martin’s American Grill, the neighborhood restaurant offering classic American fare in a sophisticated and convivial setting, announced the addition of Russell Skall as Director of Culinary. Skall previously served as Executive Chef at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar for the past 17 years.
In his new role, Skall will carry out the Paul Martin’s mission of making the food America loves, with the highest quality, peak-of-the-season ingredients. Skall will oversee all Paul Martin’s culinary teams, menu development, and sourcing for the concept.

Skall has also worked in many of the nation’s most renowned restaurants including Austin-based Sullivan’s Steakhouse; the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dana Point, California; Princess Resort in Phoenix; and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
