Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spreads is introducing its Farm to Bagel campaign.

It’s a new take for those seeking out more recognizable ingredients. Made with fresh local milk and real wholesome cream, Philadelphia Cream Cheese goes from farm to the company's fridge in just six days. The majority of the offerings have no artificial flavors or colors.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese comes in a variety of flavors, including Original, 1/3 Less Fat, Fat Free, Garden Vegetable, and Chive & Onion, and a variety of sizes to meet every foodservice function. Garden Vegetable contains more vegetables to add a crunchy bite to any sandwich, while Chive & Onion adds a layer of flavorful dimension.

Available in convenient 1-ounce PCs and 3-pound tubs, Philadelphia provides quality and efficiency for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Known for its rich, luscious taste and easy spreadibility, operators depend on Philadelphia Cream Cheese spreads to distinguish their signature sandwiches, wraps, bagels, and more.

In addition to launching a wholesome cream cheese, Kraft Foodservice is excited to announce its partnership with award-winning chef, Stephanie Izard. As executive chef and co-owner of Girl & The Goat and Little Goat Diner, Chef Izard is known for her farm-to-table approach to food.

She has been nominated multiple times for the coveted James Beard Award, taking home the title of Best New Chef: Great Lakes in 2013. Chef Izard will immerse herself into the Philadelphia brand during her upcoming visit to the Philadelphia dairy farm in Lowville, New York.
