PECO Real Estate Partners announced that Piada Italian Street Food and Sprint are the two newest tenants committed to join The Shoppes at Parma (Ohio) in summer 2017. The two businesses will be located in front of the Walmart Supercenter along West Ridgewood Drive in a newly constructed multi-tenant building that will also house a third tenant yet-to-be-announced.

Piada Italian Street Food is an authentic fast-casual Italian eatery coupled with a modern restaurant design. “The new 2,537-square-foot Piada will be another great addition to The Shoppes at Parma’s growing lineup of restaurants and retailers. The fast-growing restaurant company currently has more than 30 locations and we are thrilled to have them be a part of our development,” said Robyn Hays, vice president of leasing for PECO Real Estate Partners.

“We have received numerous requests for more Cleveland and Akron locations including Parma,” says Natalie DeVendra, Piada senior marketing manager. “Cleveland has been a very successful market for us. We love this region and are excited to be on the calendar to open at The Shoppes at Parma in 2017.”

Piada Italian Street Food was inspired by the roadside family-run food carts and markets found in Rimini, Italy, and the company's first restaurant opened in 2010.

Sprint is the second tenant in the new space at The Shoppes at Parma, and will offer area residents convenient access to Sprint’s telecommunications and wireless services. The future retail space will show off the latest in wireless technology offered by the company as well provide a convenient point for customer service.

The Shoppes at Parma is in the midst of a transformation through its multi-phase redevelopment. The 750,000 square-foot open-air center is anchored by J.C. Penney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Gordmans department store, Walmart Supercenter, and Marc’s grocery store and features specialty retailers, services and a wide variety of dining options. The Shoppes at Parma is located just 8 miles southwest of downtown Cleveland at the intersection of Ridge Road and West Ridgewood Drive.
