RedBrick Pizza Kitchen Café Inks Multi-Unit Deal to Grow

RedBrick Pizza Kitchen Café, known for its fire-roasted gourmet pizza, salads, and Italian specialties, announced the signing of a multi-unit franchise development agreement with VEGA Group LLC.

The group has an extensive background in commercial real estate development and has secured the exclusive development rights for the state of Wisconsin with intentions to open at least 10 locations. They are set to open the first of their RedBrick Pizza locations in the Milwaukee area this summer.

RedBrick Pizza’s gourmet pizza is made with hand-crafted organic dough made fresh daily, organic red sauce and premium toppings, and fire-roasted in a 1000-degree oven to create a superior pizza with a delicate golden crust. RedBrick Pizza’s fast casual format allows customers to order signature menu items or to create their own pizza, and delivers high quality pizza quickly and conveniently. Primarily a dine-in concept, RedBrick will also offer delivery and online ordering for pick up and will serve beer and wine

In addition to brick oven pizzas, RedBrick Pizza also serves fresh salads, Fhazani, a fire-roasted flatbread sandwich unique to RedBrick, gelato and Bhrazani, a fire-roasted brownie topped with gelato. The restaurant also offers gluten-free and vegan menu offerings.
