Rialto in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is offering 2013 Cooking Classes led by chef Jody Adams. The Harvard Square restaurant is known for local ingredients and memorable dishes from Adams, a former contestant on season two of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Rialto was ranked in Zagat’s five best Boston hotel restaurants and Boston Magazine’s 50 best restaurants in Harvard Square in 2012.

The class begins with coffee & scones at 11 a.m. in the bar & lounge at Rialto. Guests move into the main dining room, as they sit back, relax and enjoy cooking instruction and demonstration led by Adams. Guests receive a packet of recipes to follow along and take notes. The demonstration is followed by a multi-course lunch with expertly paired wines. All classes are $125, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
