Rotolo’s—the Baton Rouge-based pizzeria—is celebrating the arrival of spring by launching a special seasonal menu.
The innovative chefs at Rotolo’s have incorporated the fresh taste of Spring into five delicious new dishes that are sure to please every palate, including:
Salads
Spring Fling—fresh spinach tossed in Rotolo’s signature mix of lemon-honey vinaigrette and balsamic reduction, topped with onions, tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan, and feta
Kickin’ Chicken—onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and chicken sautéed in buffalo sauce and served on a bed of romaine lettuce, topped with croutons, mozzarella cheese, and ranch or honey mustard dressing
Sandwiches
The Old Faithful—mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and feta, melted to perfection on a toasted baguette and served with a cup of tomato basil soup – perfect for dippin’
Sausage & Peppers – sliced Italian sausage covered in caramelized onions and roasted red peppers with red gravy and aioli, served on a toasted baguette with chips
Julius Caesar’s Sausage—sliced Italian sausage topped with romaine that’s tossed in Rotolo’s Caesar dressing and finished with shredded Parmesan, served on a toasted baguette with chips
