The Soyfoods Council offers a selection of sandwich ideas featuring versatile soyfoods such as tofu and textured soy protein that combine the advantages of plant-based protein with all the flavor and flair your customers demand. Here are three soy-rich sandwich ideas, plus condiment suggestions to enliven your sandwich menu.
- Grilled Tofu BLT Sandwiches feature tofu “bacon” made by grilling batches of thinly sliced extra-firm tofu marinated in olive oil, smoked paprika and soy sauce.
