Known for allowing diners to customize every aspect of their meal with delicious, high quality ingredients, STACKED: Food Well Built is now adding another option with the introduction of the premium 100 percent plant based, gluten-free and non-gmo B4Burger, created by Before the Butcher. The new B4Burger patty is available at all five STACKED restaurants including Cerritos, Huntington Beach, Thousand Oaks, Torrance and San Diego.

The revolutionary B4Burger, a soy-based patty, looks, cooks and eats like ground beef, giving diners the taste and texture they crave in a healthier, plant-based option. At STACKED guests can substitute the B4Burger patty on any burger or build their own burger from the plate up using STACKED’s innovative ordering system. The B4Burger joins an extensive list of gluten-free options featured at STACKED, including gluten-free noodles for STACKED Mac choices and gluten-free pizza crust and burger buns.  With over 160 gluten-free ingredients to choose from, guests can craft a virtually unlimited number of personalized, gluten-free dishes.  STACKED was recently named one of the best gluten-free friendly restaurants in Los Angeles by TopEats and @MeandGFree.
