The Standing Room is bringing the luau to Hermosa Beach. Beginning Tuesday, The Standing Room is offering a one of a kind deal that serves unlimited roasted pig every Tuesday for just $15, including a free beer. A 50-pound pig will be roasted on their new La Caja Smoker to serve unlimited unique menu items every week, including tacos and pulled pork sliders with the fixings.

“Hot dogs are for weenies—for a real summer feast, we’re going whole hog at The Standing Room in Hermosa Beach and putting our new smoker to work,” says Lowell Bakke, owner of The Standing Room. With the ocean as a backdrop, Hermosa Beach is an ideal place for spending your Tuesday afternoon followed by endless meat.

The Standing Room is located at 1320 Hermosa Ave, Hermosa Beach, California, 90254.

Originally operating from the Catalina Liquor Store in Redondo Beach, the intended take-out location became a huge success from their notoriously tall burgers and Asian-American influence. This prompted owner Lowell Bakke to open a second location in Hermosa Beach for customers to enjoy additional menu items, live music, and an assorted whiskey bar. With this new location, chefs can accommodate Loaded Loco Moco with kimchi fried rice for brunch, bulgogi sandwiches and generous happy hour appetizers for lunch, and their famous Napoleon Burger stacked with braised short rib and truffle fries for dinner, all without standing! The Standing Room has become the South Bay’s go-to spot to experience quality food and an uncensored rock & roll attitude with a smile.
