CHA! sriracha by Texas Pete brings a spicy blend of heat and sweet to any meal. Now available in 7-gram portion-control packets (PCs) for restaurants, food-away-from-home operations, non-commercial accounts, and drive-thru and take-out operations, the sriracha sauce adds its flavor to almost any cuisine.

“TW Garner Food Company added CHA! by Texas Pete sriracha sauce to its line of bold and balanced sauce flavors last year in an 18-ounce squeeze bottle, and the demand has been incredible,” explains Steve DeCorte, the company’s general sales manager. “Now that we’ve introduced CHA! by Texas Pete in PCs to go along with our 18-ounce, front-of-house [package] and back-of-house package, operators now have a convenient package for any application.”

Named for a coastal city in Thailand, sriracha sauce’s early positioning as an Asian sauce has evolved over time intoa condiment and ingredient that adds extra kick to any meal. Launched originally in small Asian restaurants in southern California, the growth of the flavor has become a major trend for 2014.

The CHA! by Texas Pete formula of jalapeño peppers has fewer preservatives and more consistent flavor than other sriracha sauces.
