Romacorp, Inc., the parent company of Tony Roma’s, announced the opening of its newest restaurant, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The restaurant is the first new Tony Roma’s restaurant opened in the USA since 2014, and the first new USA restaurant opened since Tony Roma’s brand transformation and the launch of Tony Roma’s Orlando, Florida. global prototype in October 2016. The new Tony Roma’s restaurant, owned and operated by GEM Hospitality, LLC, incorporates key elements of the global prototype, including Tony Roma’s innovative new menu.

Tony Roma’s brand transformation builds on the brand’s more than 45-year heritage and transforms the restaurant environment, service approach, and food and beverage offerings to meet the demands of today’s consumer. This includes an innovative new menu highlighted by a renewed focus on rib innovation, a “Bones & Bites” small plates section where guests can customize their dining experience and create their own flavor adventure, and an enhanced beverage platform with modern cocktails and a broad selection of domestic, international and local craft beers.

Located near the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and minutes away from Palm Beach’s scenic beachfront and famous Worth Avenue, the restaurant is located inside the Hilton Palm Beach Airport hotel and boasts more than 3,000 square feet and more than 176 seats for guests to enjoy Tony Roma’s world-famous food with family and friends. Guests can enjoy a full-liquor bar with a selection of draft and bottle international, domestic and local craft beers, six TV’s for watching the game, and outdoor seating providing the perfect atmosphere to celebrate any occasion.
