Uber Eats Charleston has chosen Eli’s Table as the launching pad for its second foray into the greater Charleston delivery market. An Uber spokesperson told Charleston Hospitality Group’s Resource Management Director, Alexis McDaniel Barnes, they chose Eli’s Table due to its high profile and the size and breadth of locations and demographics for the restaurant group’s other properties.

“It is their hope to use our brand to expand into our other downtown restaurants like Tabbuli, and Toast of Charleston and later add Toast of Summerville, Cove and HonkyTonk Saloon,” says Barnes. “We are very excited to be participating.”

The Uber Eats delivery system operates on algorithms and will deliver food that can be picked up and delivered within a total of 15 minutes. Orders that cannot meet this timeline will be rejected from the delivery system.

Eli’s Table features locally inspired dishes with a Lowcountry, French bistro twist. Guests indulge in favorite classics in a relaxed, cosmopolitan environment that includes a romantic and dog-friendly (named by People Magazine as one of the top ten most dog-friendly in the country) al fresco courtyard. Eli’s Table is located at 129 Meeting Street, downtown.
