We’ll end things way over on the dark side with Downingtown, Pennsylvania–based Victory’s solid interpretation of an Irish dry stout—something few outside of Ireland truly pull off. There’s some weak coffee on the nose and an intense dryness on the palate, followed by a finish that evokes burnt toast, but in the best way possible.
