The Women's Foodservice Forum has announced two keynote speakers for the WFF Annual Leadership Development Conference in Orlando, Fla., April April 14–17.

Erica Orange, vice president of Weiner, Edrich, Brown Inc. frequently lectures about future trends for corporate, organizational, and academic audiences. She has also authored several articles and white papers on various social, technological, economic, demographic, and political trends, and her chapter titled "Understanding the Human/Machine Interface in a Time of Change" was recently published in the Handbook of Research on Technoself. She is a columnist for Yahoo! Sports' online magazine ThePostGame.com and a blogger for The World Future Society, SheCreatesChange, and Webgrrls International.

Valorie Burton, CNN expert and author of six books, will also be a keynote speaker at the conference. Burton is a certified personal and executive coach and founder of The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, a training and leadership development company. Deeply committed to helping people be more resilient so they can thrive in life and work, Burton helps readers and audiences get unstuck, be more productive and live with balance and purpose. Burton has been named by Leadership Excellence Magazine as one of the top 100 thought leaders in the field of personal development, and Success Magazine named her book "Why Not You? 28 Days to Authentic Confidence" one of the top 25 must-read success books.
