After more than a year in development, Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) has launched its Leadership Library, a custom, best-in-class collection of books, articles, best-practices, and videos members will use to develop their leadership competencies.

“Leadership Library brings a new dimension to our programming and is a direct result of what our members and partners told us they needed,” say Fritzi Woods, WFF president and CEO. “Leadership Library gives individuals and teams instant access to tools they can use on their own time at their own pace.”

Leadership Library is dynamic in that it provides on demand access to learning tools for the individual working on specific competencies as part of her or his development. It also serves as a tool for managers in building skills and competencies within her or his teams. Designed to work in tandem with WFF’s other innovative tools – its Leadership Competency Assessment and Career Progression model, together, these resources give direction and accountability to leadership development.

The WFF Leadership Library is a member-only benefit that contains content relevant for all career levels and is mobile, tablet, and desktop accessible 24/7. For information on becoming a member, visit wff.org.
