José Andrés and his culinary team at Zaytinya invite Washingtonians to celebrate the rich cuisine of Turkey. As a part of ATA-DC’s Turkish Cuisine and Restaurant Week September 13–23, Zaytinya will offer a special three-course lunch and four-course dinner menu. Guests have the opportunity to savor the traditional flavors of Turkish cooking during this weeklong event. Zaytinya requests that the entire table participate in the experience.

In its fourth year, Turkish Cuisine and Restaurant Week will feature the best Turkish cuisine in the best Turkish Restaurants of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. The award-winning restaurant, whose names is the Turkish word for olive oil, serves an extensive menu reflecting the regional diversity of classical and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
