Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, a chef-driven, full-service restaurant that uses a mix of local and artisanal ingredients to its burgers, is using fresh fall flavors in its new November menu.

The gourmet burger restaurant will feature new menu items that include fall produce such as pumpkin and butternut squash in a variety of options throughout the month of November. All new menu items were created by Executive Chef Tim Kast, who is taking it a step beyond pumpkin spice to add a gourmet edge to the traditional fall flavors. The special menu items include:

Lucky Pilgrim Burger: Turkey burger with sausage-apple stuffing, sliced apples, brie cheese, and cranberry spread with gravy served on the side; Harvest Squash Salad: Roasted gingered butternut squash, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and spiced pumpkin seeds atop a bed of spinach and finished with apple cider dressing; Butternut Squash Soup: Rich and creamy soup that highlights sweet butternut squash with a hint brightness from granny smith apples. Served with a breadstick topped with pumpkin spice butter; Shake of the month: Pumpkin patch.

“Like many others, I truly look forward to fall and to the holiday season,” Kast says. “The fall flavors have a way of providing a comforting feeling to those enjoying them and I really wanted to embrace that in the November specials. Whether it is a twist on the everyday burger or a big bowl of butternut squash soup, we want to create that special mix of fall and Bad Daddy’s.”

Bad Daddy’s culinary differentiators include burgers made from top-quality beef topped with house made cheese and scratch-made sauces with customizable options. Unique burger toppings include buttermilk country-fried bacon, house-made American cheese, scratch-made pesto and the specialty Bad Daddy’s sauce. The restaurant also offers customizable salads, a full gluten-free menu and regional menu items that incorporate local flavors. High-energy rocker music, local beers showcased across the bar and décor distinct to the neighborhood adds to a unique brand personality.
