Todd Henderson, general manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh invites you to say goodbye to the White HOT Nights of Summer with a festive party at the restaurant on Friday, August 30 beginning at 6 p.m. Reminiscent of end-of-summer celebrations in the Hamptons, Sullivan’s will host the party on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Guests are encouraged to wear summertime white attire, while enjoying “blanc de blancs” dishes and refreshing drinks such as White Cosmopolitans and a Champagne cocktail featuring St. Germain called the “Summer Sparkler.” Food offerings will include Bubbling Crab Fondue with Smoked Gouda served with Sliced Baguette, and for dessert, guests will enjoy White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Sauce all served in a glamorous setting.
“We’ll bid summer a fond farewell with good food and great friends on this White HOT Night,” says Henderson. “Please join us for an evening of cool cocktails, warm hospitality, and the best food in town.”
Exclusive flights of white wine, featuring selections not usually available by the glass, will be available. Sullivan’s White HOT Nights will also include lively music, and a chance to win an array of exciting prizes as there will be a “Best Dressed” contest, which will honor guests whose attire best embodies the White HOT Night theme.
